About My Work

Hello there,

My name is Shakyra Nolden, and I am a certified makeup artist based in Williamsburg, Virginia, where I have dedicated myself to perfecting my craft.

 

A few years ago, I earned certifications in the Master Makeup Artist and Advanced Makeup Artist courses through the Online Makeup Academy. Growing up, my fascination with makeup began as I watched my mom apply hers before work each morning — it left me in awe and inspired me to pursue this passion.

 

Over the years, I've gained experience working in theater and with numerous clients.

Outside of makeup, I love exploring new places and cherishing time with my family and friends.
